Appointments

1. Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance and may require a deposit for confirmation.

2. Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time or rescheduling.

3. Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.

Treatments

1. Suitability: Some treatments may require you to provide relevant medical information to ensure safety.

2. Aftercare: Aftercare advice will be provided for certain treatments. It is your responsibility to follow these guidelines to maintain results.

Payments

1. Payments are accepted via cash or other methods agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full at the end of your treatment.

1. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for medical or other reasons.

2. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.

Personal Belongings

While we take care to provide a safe environment, Alison’s Beauty and Nails Boutique cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your visit.

Conduct

1. We strive to maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Clients who fail to adhere to these terms may be refused future appointments.
