• Schedule and manage appointments.

• Ensure your treatments are suitable and safe.

• Fulfill legal and insurance requirements.

We will never use your information for marketing purposes or share it with third parties.

Storage and Security

• All record cards are securely stored in a locked cabinet accessible only to Alison.

• Messages containing personal information sent via text or Facebook are accessible only by Alison and will be deleted upon request after the details are added to your record card.

• Mobile phones and digital communications are secured with passcodes.

Data Retention

• Personal information and treatment records are retained for 7 years from your most recent appointment, as required for legal and insurance purposes.

• After this period, if you are no longer a client, your information will be securely destroyed.

Your Rights

• Request corrections to your data.

• Request that your data be securely destroyed. However, if records are destroyed, we can no longer provide treatments.
