Making an Appointment: If you are wanting to make an appointment, please call or text me ASAP on the number below, as I quickly get fully booked and i do not check emails all the time so you may miss the appointment you require.

If you would like to purchase gift vouchers for anyone call at the salon and collect or please phone and payment can be made over the phone and vouchers posted our to an address of your choice. Please note voucher is only valid for 3 months from purchase date. I can not honour it once date has ran out. The expire date will be put on the voucher.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CLIENTS - Data Protection, GDPR

General Data Protection Regulation - Privacy Notice 2018

Under the new GDPR coming into force on the 25th of May 2018, i am required by law to document what personal information I keep for all clients, whether they be a one off appointment or regular clients.

At the time of booking your appointment i will take your name, and a contact telephone number.

At your initial face to face appointment i will take your name, address and telephone number with your consent and any medical history which you feel is relevant and that may impact on the suitability of your treatment. I will also now present each client with a one time privacy agreement which will be attached to their record cards. All present and future clients will be asked to sign this agreement. You may ask to see this agreement again at any time.

All previous and future clients have a treatment record card which records all the information above plus the treatment you are receiving and the date of that treatment. These record cards are kept in a locked cabinet to which only I have access to.

I am required to keep this information for legal and insurance purposes. All information is kept for a period of 7 years from most recent appointment, after which it will be securely destroyed unless you are still a client of mine. You do have the right to see any information I keep and you can request that any data be changed or securely destroyed. If however you do request that records be destroyed I will no longer be able to carry out any treatments for you.

I do not use the information for anything other than to contact you regarding your appointment or to discuss matters relating to your nails.

I will not pass your personal information to any third party.

I will not use your personal information for marketing purposes.

Any information given to me via the message service on my Facebook Page, Alison's Beauty Boutique is only accessible by myself, You may request that once I have written your details on your record card that I delete any message which contains your personal information.

Any information you have given me via text message on my mobile phones is accessible only by myself and my phone is locked with security codes. You may request that these text messages are deleted once I have written the information on your record card.
